Darren Barefoot

I met Darren at a talk he gave through New Media BC about blogging. My business partner and I had started a blog a week earlier.

I’ve done a few designs for him and Capulet now. He’s a pleasure to work with, super-smart and connected and an all-around swell guy.

Darren doesn’t mind tucking up in the sleigh if it’s – 27 degrees. Very bright.

He’s always well dress and he is a great source of information.

...he is honest, direct, and just plain evil. Sorry, did I say evil? I meant meant awesome. Yah, that is exactly what I meant. :) Darren rocks.

Loves her cat. Has exceptional taste in music. Once fell down a mountain.

He was on a fantastic panel at Northern Voice 2005, holding forth knowledgably and eloquently on blogging and the web. But I didn’t meet him in person until we both attended a lunch for Lee and Sachi.

He always looked extraordinariliy tired. Mind you, that was before his company was acquired—hopefully he’s getting more sleep these days.

She advised me on URLs for fan sites. She’s very bright on a number of subjects.
